Some sugar free snack recipes
I am going to leave you waiting a little longer before I let you know how I have gone since the end of week 2 with my I Quit Sugar journey :P. In the meantime I am going to tell you about my favourite I Quit Sugar snacks to date.Firstly I have been purchasing sliced roasted chicken from the deli and eating it on rice cakes with avocado, sliced tomato and salt and pepper. I absolutely love the flavour of this and it is a great healthy, filling snack. Secondly I got the idea for this one from Amanda who blogs over at Me Vs. The Bulge (definitely worth a read if you are interested in fitness/weight loss etc). She had posted about mixing dijon mustard and tuna together and eating it on rice cakes. So one day when I had run out of sliced chicken and tomato and had a tin of tuna in the cupboard, I mixed together some tuna and dijonnaise (sugar free of course) and put in on a rice cake with avocado. Another amazingly tasty, healthy and sugar free snack!I would love to hear your suggestions for sugar free snacks!
